Agree a time by email before you come. Westgate House is an office. It is not a reception for the homes we look after.
Use this for a new instruction and for a note about a place we already visit.
The address of the house or flat, your link to it (owner, or writing for the owner), and the job: a one-off visit, a repair, or ongoing care. If water is coming in, say which room and when it started.
We reply by email. A leak or a door that will not lock is read first. A question about taking on a new home gets a reply that says whether we can visit, and what we would need before the first walk-through.
